This has honestly changed my life. I work a hectic job and have recently ramped up my gym training and running. Concerningly, I was falling asleep when driving. I just want to briefly share my experience. Sometime last year I battled with a weak immune system. I knew it was stress-related, but went to the doctor anyway. She ran a few tests and discovered that my testosterone levels were about the same as a 12-year-old girl’s. I can’t remember the exact number and don’t even know what it’s measured in or what it should be, but she was not happy.

I have never used testosterone-enhancing supplements, and I wanted to keep it that way, but she insisted I use DHEA for about three months, just to get me within the normal range. Perimenopause definitely affected my sleep quality, i found drinking Prime Night I slept much deeper at night and wake up well rested without a groggy feeling the next day.

Our whole family loves this vanilla protein powder and we've even sent a tub full with our son to England. It makes the most delicious smoothies, by adding strawberries, nut butter/peanut butter and your choice of milk. We also add it to Greek yoghurt for a bit of sweetness. It isn't the cheapest product, but we are confident that it is a very good quality product, and grateful that it is sweetened with stevia.
