Prime Day & Night Combo

Great product. My sleep has definitely improved with the Night Combo.The Day Combo gives we energy and I know I’m getting all my B vitamins. Love that there are electrolytes to ensure that I am hydrated. Would however be nice if the product came in recyclable packaging though.

So far so good. Not worse or better; but sleeping much better and waking up more rested. That’s my only improvement so far. Also cramping at night has not happened the last 2 weeks since I stared.

I recently purchased the PrimeSelf Day and Night supplement combo and have been using it for about two weeks. Overall, my experience has been very positive.
In the first few days, I did experience mild headaches upon waking, which was a bit concerning at the time. However, those symptoms subsided fairly quickly and have not persisted.
What has stood out most for me is the quality of my mornings. I no longer feel groggy when I wake up. Instead, I feel alert almost immediately, which has made a noticeable difference to how I start my day.
On the Day supplement side, I take it on my gym days (around three times a week), and it has been equally effective. I’ve found that my usual afternoon fatigue has reduced significantly, allowing me to stay focused and maintain my energy levels throughout the day.
Overall, a strong product that has delivered tangible benefits for both sleep quality and daytime energy.

I have never felt the effects of a supplement like I have after using Prime Day. It is a staple to my day and has made me beat afternoon slumps, and I have more energy and clarity throughout the day. I didn't however like the night flavours and found myself dreading taking them. I eventually gave them to a friend but I still LOVE the day sachets.

I am sure it works well but it tastes bad and cannot get my child to drink it.

Love this product! I sauna a few times a week and so combing my vitamins and minerals with electrolytes made sense. The night one tho… I was not expecting to sleep so much better as well. Such an added bonus

I’ve been using the Prime Day & Night Combo for a few months now, and the difference has been fantastic. My energy levels are noticeably higher throughout the day, and my focus has improved so much. I’m also sleeping better at night, falling asleep easily with very little tossing and turning. Overall, this combo has been an incredible support in helping me stay hydrated and ensuring I get all the vitamins I need. Highly recommended!

Never slept better now since using day andtcombo. I am also using the omega which doesn't have a fishy taste.

The 2 stars are for the noticeable difference after taking the vitamins. Unfortunately they just threw off my PH, gave me BO and diarrhoea. My body just didn't respond to them very well. Other people had great outcomes though

The Day & Night sachets have really helped to simplify & cut down on my morning & evening supplementation routine! Especially when travelling. They mix into water easily & are very palatable.

I bought two boxes of the day and night supplement, for me and hubby, I do like the flavour, but after a month i did not feel any different, my sleeping got worse, so i wont be buying again. More than happy to refer it, as a lot of people feel like it works, perhaps just does not work for me. But cant fault the flavour and nice packaging.

I think I might be sleeping better but I'm *really* struggling with the taste... I'm not sure I will be buying it again unless I get used to it or the benefits far outweigh the taste. Sorry...

I definately have a boost of energy every day with no sudden drop, I sleep way way better which means I wake up refreshed every day. I have an overall better sense of well being. Would recommend Prime to anybody.

It’s my second month taking Prime Day and Night, and overall I’m very satisfied with the results. Waking up early feels much easier, I have more energy, and I’m more focused at work. Most importantly, I don’t feel sleepy or low-energy during the day anymore, which is an amazing feeling.

However, about 10 days ago I noticed some eczema on my neck, face, and legs. At first, I thought it was from strawberries, but it kept getting worse. Then I stopped taking the Prime Day supplement, and after three days it disappeared.

AI recommended ,taking it after lunch instead of in the morning since my breakfast is usually too small. Now I take it every second or third day and so far my skin looks okay. I’ll keep monitoring how my body reacts this month and decide whether to continue buying it.
