    Effects of using this product are good though im struggling a little with the taste a bit, plus packaging is wasteful and cumbersome and I think tubs with measuring spoon would be better and better for the environment

    I have been struggling with my sleep quality for months. I will fall asleep easily but wake up numerous times and sometimes wake up around 2 am and not sleep until about 4h30 to get up a 05h00, tired. This sleep pattern will occur daily until I take a prescription sleeping tablet, just to have a good night's rest. The Prime Day and Night Combo is a miracle in a sachet. Since I have been drinking it, I fall asleep, maybe wake up once and sleep right through until the alarm goes off. I am also more focussed during the day. I cannot recommend this product enough.
