We can most definitely feel a difference in using this product. In general all inflammation has definitely gone down.

I got bottles for myself and one for my dad. He says he's seen a real difference in his joints and the prostatitis. Called me yesterday to ask for more. I live gluten free but for days when I mistakenly or willingly have a little gluten, I will take these and it sorts me out. Also helps with those that suffer from mennoraghia.

I've been using it for a short while, and do find that my arthritic right hand is more flexible. Previously I frequently couldn't close my hand more than halfway early mornings upon waking up, but now I can almost close it. So there's definitely an improvement!
