I love that these capsules are a smaller dosage, so that I can take them in split doses in the evening and at night.

This is my second month taking it. Honestly I don't feel a difference - yet. Will continue and hope for results to become more noticeable.

This Magnesium Complex changed my life. Struggled with brain fog, poor sleep, waking up tired and going to bed tired, persistent every day headaches. 2 weeks on this and I started sleeping through the night, brain fog gone, headaches gone. More energy. More alert and therefore get more work done. I'm on my 3rd bottle. Not planning on stopping anytime soon.
