By using this website, you agree to these terms and conditions and confirm that all customers must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products listed on this website.

2. Delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 1–2 working days, and delivery confirmed by way of email.

Local Shipping (South Africa): Products are typically delivered within 1–4 working days, depending on courier efficiency and any delays beyond our control.
International Shipping: We currently deliver to the UK, EU, USA, Botswana, Namibia, Mozambique, Nigeria, UAE, Zimbabwe, and Zambia.
Shipping rates for these regions are automatically calculated at checkout and include duties/taxes where applicable. Delivery times vary by destination and courier partner.


3. Export restriction

The offering on this website is primarily available to South African clients.
International shipping is limited to the regions listed above.


4. Return and refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by PrimeSelf (Pty) Ltd is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, PrimeSelf will refund the client in full within 30 days.
Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee.

If you believe your personal information has been processed unlawfully, you may contact the Information Officer or the Information Regulator of South Africa via https://inforegulator.org.za.


6. Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via:

  • Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club or American Express Cards

  • Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Capitec Pay via Stitch

  • Debit/Credit Card and other payment methods via Peach Payments

  • Pay-over-time options via Payflex

  • Bank transfer into the PrimeSelf bank account (details provided on request)


7. Card acquiring and security

Card transactions are acquired for PrimeSelf via Stitch and Peach Payments, both approved payment gateways for South African acquiring banks.
Both providers employ advanced encryption and comply with PCI DSS security standards.
No card details are stored on this website.
Users may visit https://stitch.money, https://peachpayments.com, and https://payflex.co.za to review their respective security and privacy policies.


8. Customer details separate from card details

Customer details are stored by PrimeSelf (Pty) Ltd separately from card details, which are entered by the client on Stitch’s, Peach Payments’, or Payflex’s secure checkout pages.


9. Merchant outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country is South Africa.
All transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).


10. Responsibility

PrimeSelf (Pty) Ltd takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction, including sale of goods, customer service, dispute resolution, and delivery of goods.


11. Country of domicile

This website is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
