Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup nut butter
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • ¼ cup dried goji berries
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 4 scoops PrimeSelf Hydrolysed Collagen Peptides

Method

  1. Mix dry: Combine oats, almond flour, collagen, chia seeds, and lemon zest in a large bowl.
  2. Combine wet: Add nut butter, coconut oil, and honey. Stir until sticky.
  3. Add fruit: Fold in goji berries.
  4. Shape: Roll into 15 balls. If too dry, add 1 tsp of water.
  5. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
