Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- ½ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup nut butter
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 2 Tbsp honey
- ¼ cup dried goji berries
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- Zest of 1 lemon

Method
- Mix dry: Combine oats, almond flour, collagen, chia seeds, and lemon zest in a large bowl.
- Combine wet: Add nut butter, coconut oil, and honey. Stir until sticky.
- Add fruit: Fold in goji berries.
- Shape: Roll into 15 balls. If too dry, add 1 tsp of water.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
