Our founder's story
PrimeSelf began with a personal search. Our founder and CEO, Tristan van Moerkerken, was looking for a natural alternative to ADHD medication, something that could support focus and clarity without the trade offs he wanted to avoid. What he found instead was a market full of vague blends and underdosed products that could not tell him what was really inside or why.
So he set out to build the thing he had been looking for. That search became the foundation of PrimeSelf: a company built on effective dosages, branded ingredients, and formulations designed to work together rather than just fill a label. It is also why we became one of the first in South Africa to bring nootropics, adaptogens, and new generation ingredients to the local market.
The questions Tristan started with are the same ones that guide us today. What does the body actually need, and how do we deliver it honestly?
