Toasty, lightly spiced granola-style muesli with apple sweetness and a functional mushroom lift. Crunchy, cosy, and focus-friendly.

Ingredients
- 2 apples, grated
- 1½ cups rolled oats (90 g)
- 1 cup nuts of choice (e.g., walnuts, almonds, pecans), roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 4 sachets/scoops PrimeSelf Shroom Elixir
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- ¼ tsp ginger powder
- Pinch of salt
- ½ cup coconut oil, melted
Optional:
- ¼ cup unsweetened coconut flakes (stir in after baking)

Method
- Preheat oven to 150°C: Line a large baking tray with parchment to prevent sticking and make cleanup easy.
- Grate apples: Use the coarse side of a grater into a large mixing bowl to keep the juices (they help bind and lightly sweeten).
- Combine dry, then wet: Add oats, nuts, flax, chia, spices, salt, and Shroom Elixir; mix. Add melted coconut oil: toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Spread evenly: Tip the mix onto the tray in a thin, uniform layer so it dries and browns consistently.
- Bake, stirring periodically: Bake 1 hour 30 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes, until golden and mostly dry (edges should feel crisp).
- Cool to crisp: Turn off the oven, prop the door slightly open, and cool 10 minutes on the tray before transferring to an airtight jar.
- Storage: At room temp (pantry) for up to a month in an airtight jar, kept cool and dry. This mix includes apple, so moisture control matters.
