The problem is I have to consume this with an empty stomach to get the effect but when I'm full I don't get the same effect... But overall the focus, alertness and mental clarity are on point and I enjoy the effects of this notroopic.

Honestly, I prefer the prime minds.

You will definitely have total focus. For me, the only drawback is my loss of appetite after consumption of these pills. Again, this could just be my personal side effect.

I don't feel any difference when I take a 2 capsule dose, I have been diagnosed with ADHD so I don't focus better either but when I take a second 2 capsule dose in the afternoon I find that I focus better. I take this together with Shroom Elixir and Noopept
