Im really happy with this.I helps me sleep better,but best of all it prevents night time cramps I always get in my feet and legs.

Taking 2 a night before bedtime has been so beneficial. I fall asleep quicker and my sleep is way more restful. I don’t wake up feeling groggy. I will continue to use this product

I thought this was a good value product but realised the specs on the bottle are per 2 tablets, not per tablet. So the cost per gram of elemental magnesium is very high. I've decided to switch away as the value isn't there unfortunately.

I'm happy with this product, however I have to take two capsules twice a day to get the full benefits. I find the elemental magnesium content a bit low on just two once a day.
I would also like to see potassium added to this range, as well as Vitamin D3 and K2 and in the higher dose range if that is at all possible.

Incredible for rest and recovery. My boyfriend took these throughout a week-long hockey tournament and noticed a huge difference.

I work night shift and usually my brain keeps me awake after my shift but once i take this i fall into a great sleep and wake up without that groggy feeling

I can highly recommend these tablets. I take them within 45 minutes of wanting to sleep, and they help me wind down, relax and fall asleep. I've also found them to help eliminate the occurrence of vivid dreams so I get a proper night's rest.

I recently switched to this brand of Magnesium Gylcinate as I use some of their other products and have been very satisfied so far. It is important to supplement with Magnesium regularly and I try and take it every day. It improves my energy levels and I no longer get muscle cramps at night.

I take magnesium glycinate (have been for years) various brands, dependant on pricing, but always good quality and high dose. First time trying prime self and it seems to be on par with my usual brand.
I bought it because i was buying Prime Self Natural Sleep and also needed magnesium at the same time.

Helps with sleep.
