High Protein Cookie Dough

A creamy, indulgent treat with all the texture of classic cookie dough — but powered by plant protein, fibre, and real ingredients for clean fuel.

Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed (400g)
- 1 scoop PrimeSelf Vanilla Protein Powder (30g)
- 1 tbsp honey (20g)
- ¼ cup nut butter (60g)
- 1 tbsp plant milk (15ml)
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- Pinch of sea salt
Optional:

¼–½ cup dark chocolate chips (40–80g), ideally 80%+ cocoa
Method
- Prep chickpeas: Drain, rinse, and pat dry with paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- Blend base: Add chickpeas, protein powder, honey, peanut butter, plant milk, vanilla, and salt to a food processor. Blend until silky smooth.
- Add chocolate: Transfer to a bowl and fold in dark chocolate chips with a spatula.

Chill (optional): Refrigerate in a sealed container for 2+ hours for a firmer cookie dough texture.
