Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup rolled oats (25 g)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (4 g)
  • 1 tsp ground flax seeds (3 g)
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk (120 ml)
    or water + a splash of Keto Creamer for extra creaminess
  • ½ banana (60 g), mashed
  • ¼ cup Greek yoghurt (50 g)
  • 1 scoop PrimeSelf Chocolate Protein Powder (30 g)
  • 1 scoop PrimeSelf Hydrolysed Collagen Peptides
  • For the banoffee topping:
  • ½ banana (60 g), sliced
  • ½ tsp coconut oil (2.5 g)
  • Pinch of cinnamon

To finish:

  • 2 tsp peanut butter (10 g)
  • 1 tsp chopped walnuts (2 g)

Method

  1. Mix: Place the rolled oats, chia seeds, ground flax seeds, mashed banana, almond milk (or water), Greek yoghurt, protein powder, and collagen into a jar or bowl. Stir until fully combined and smooth.
  2. Set: Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to soften and thicken.
  3. Caramelise: Heat the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the banana slices and cinnamon, then cook until golden and lightly caramelised.
  4. Assemble: Spoon the oats into a bowl, layer with caramelised banana, and finish with a peanut butter drizzle and chopped walnuts.
