Good stuff! Heaps of sodium which am hoping reduces bloating from increasing liquid intake and allows more to be drunk in particularly warmer conditions. Also hoping it avoids muscle cramping. Could possibly mix a bit better. I have found the powder sometimes sticks a bit together at the bottom of my flasks otherwise so far so good!

I started using this as part of my nutrition for Ultra Trail Runs. No gut issues whatsoever. Mixes very easily (other products just doesn't mix easy sometimes). I love the flexibility of adjusting my carbon intake with the mix. Sustained me in 4 hour+ trail run with li.ited extra solids. Great flavour. The extra Himalayan salt most definately assist with absorption of the product (keeping electrolyte balance) and prevents cramping to am extent. Loving this product!!
