Wondering if these work? Well I ran out for three days and had much least restful sleep. I am a runner and measure my vitals on my watch. My problem is not falling asleep but getting any form of deep sleep - with this supplement I am def able to see on my stats and feel a difference with my sleep
(I also take it with the Bluum menopause support supplement)

Excellent especially when taken around 8Pm, I fall asleep faster with the calmness it provides, I wake up feeling rejuvenated and ready for the day, I do not feel groggy at all, and I sleep deeper.

I've been taking natural sleep for a while & would recommend it. It helps to ease into a good night's rest, especially since I am using neuroday+ during day, so need something to help switch off the body/mind. Have even taken it during the day to help myself chill out when necessary. Not groggy @ all in mornings.

Doesn't necessarily help me fall asleep but definitely helps with deep sleep.

I generally suffer from insomnia, and found that regular medication that gets issued for that, affects my balance if I get up during the night, and even sometimes early morning. Furthermore, I believe overall it's not healthy. With this, I find that I fall asleep much easier, and do not experience any negative side effects whatsoever.

I have never taken any sleeping aids before, but this product's ingredients are excellent which is why I gave it a shot. This is definitely helping me stay in, and complete full sleep cycles. Feeling fully rested in the morning. Best thing is you don't even need it all the time. After a couple of doses it's as if it helps make permanent positive internal changes in sleep cycles. For context (in case it could help someone else):
I'm 38 and have had issues with fatigue since high school and been on anti-depressants (SSRI) since 2009.
I always assumed my sleep is sufficient since I rarely wake up during the night.
However, I would go through cycle/seasons where after waking up I'd feel okay for an hour or more and then start to feel as if I hadn't slept.
That led me to wonder whether I'm really getting deep quality sleep and that's when I started using Natural Sleep.
From the 1st use I could tell that my sleep quality had improved because my fatigue was less during the day and I'd hit much less slumps throughout the day.

I'm always a little sceptical when it comes to the effectiveness of natural alternatives. Must say that this product really works for me. Not a fan of sleeping meds + the effect thereof on my body, but this really just mellows me out before bed + helps me to attain a deeper sleep. No grogginess in the morning like with prescription meds.
