I drink it in the afternoons before going to gym and found that I recover faster than before.

I have tried many creatine brands before and struggled with bloating on all of them- To a point where i had stop taking it just 2 days into it. I have been using Primeself Creatine for 7 days with absolutely no bloating. Mixes easy and doesn't have a wired taste to it. Absolutely the best I have tried thus far. Great quality creatine and added magnesium is just a bonus. Only downside is it changes my coffees taste but I love the benefits too much to stop taking it. Thanks for a great product.
