Very good product that provides a decent boost to weight loss efforts when combined with diet and exercise. I used it pre-workout, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. On days when I needed to increase intensity, I added a caffeinated product (drink or pill) to amplify the effects. While using it, I generally sweated more and experienced mild stimulation. I like it and plan to use it again after cycling off my first bottle.

For completeness, note that I paired this supplement with L-Carnitine, Fadogia Agrestis, and Alpha GPC. With daily gym sessions (1 hour) and intermittent fasting, I dropped 4 kg in under 2 months.
