HOC is not any generic “life coaching” offering that is targeted towards anyone. YOU must be determined and driven to change, adapt and implement what is provided during the coaching. The purpose of this is to provide YOU with the correct tools and approaches to assist in unlocking your high performance potential!

HOC is a collaborative partnership between the coach and client where we will establish goals, identify limitations and develop personalized action plans alongside regular feedback and accountability sessions to unleash the high performance potential in YOU.
Each coaching session begins with the clarification of goals, followed by exploration for methods of implementation and assimilation. Leaving you with specific and measurable actions in support of your goals.

HOW IT WORKS:
After identifying if you are a good fit for the program, an introductory session will be set up where we will discuss, brainstorm and develop a personalized action plan for the weeks ahead, based on YOUR specific goals and focus areas.
The coaching is done online via ZOOM or Google Hangouts and requires a minimum commitment of 3 months and is designed for effective and functional development, with regular check-ins for accountability and performance assessments.
